Administrator, Meadow Springs Medical, Limerick

We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator for our GP practice in Limerick with immediate effect.  This position is available on a part time fixed-term basis (15 hours, 5 days per week, 1 year fixed term contract).


Previous reception experience is essential and previous experience working in a GP environment an advantage.


Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering all incoming calls and re-directing as appropriate
  • Manage patient appointments
  • Meet & Greet all patients to the GP Practice
  • Set up new patients on GP System
  • Maintain Reception area
  • Cash handling and issuing of receipts
  • Maintaining GMS records
  • Preparing referral letters and following up on patient reports
  • Scanning and filing


Contract: 15 hours per week, 1 year fixed term contract.
