We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator for our GP practice in Dublin 24 with immediate effect. This position is available on a part time fixed-term basis (20 hours per week, 1 year fixed term contract).
Previous reception experience is essential and previous experience working in a GP environment is desired.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Administrative Duties
- Organising and booking patient’s appointments and Cash Handling
- Answering all calls and redirecting as appropriate
- Administration team, e.g. keeping patients informed & going the extra mile for the patient
- To assist with providing and monitoring KPI’s in conjunction with the Practice Manager
- Liaise with third party providers offering ancillary services in the practice
- Assist with the management of staff rotas
- Collation and submission of claims
Contract: 20 hours per week, 1 year fixed term contract.
