    Dr. Ernan Gallagher

    Dr Ernan Gallagher is the clinical lead for the Centric Dermatology Services. He has extensive experience in dermatology & minor surgery. Qualified with the RCSI 1979, vocational training in Southern Derbyshire UK, GP practice in Bray since 1984. He also holds a Higher Diploma in Medicine (Dermatology) UCD 1998, Minor Surgery RCGP 2005. He is a Committee member of the Primary Care Surgical Association and contributes as session Chairman and/or presenter to his medical colleagues on dermatological subjects.

    Dr. Sarah Halpenny

    Dr Halpenny graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2011 and went on to graduate from the Royal College of General Practitioners having completed her Obstetric and Gynecology training in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Dr Halpenny has a special interest in women’s health and holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and Women’s Health from the Royal College of Physicians, Ireland. She provides care over a wide spectrum of gynaecological issues including the menopause, sexual reproductive health and tailored women's health screening. She is trained in LARC (Long Acting Reversible Contraceptives) and can insert/remove intrauterine devices and subdermal implants.

    Melissa Hammond

    Melissa Hammond is a registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in General Practice. She moved from the hospital setting into General Practice a few years ago.

    She qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2004, with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Queen's University Belfast.  She further completed a Higher Diploma in Cardiovascular and Critical Care Specialist Nursing at Trinity College Dublin. After this, she progressed on to achieve her Master's in Science at UCD for Advanced Practice Nursing. 

    Melissa is 1 of 28 registered ANPs in General Practice in Ireland.  ANPs are autonomous, competent, accountable and responsible for

    their own practice. The title is protected by legislation and regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland. 

    Melissa is a Registered Nurse Prescriber and has a special interest in chronic disease management, acute care, health screening and preventative medicine.

    She is qualified to manage and treat patients with acute illnesses, such as urinary tract infections, ear infections, skin infections, and throat and respiratory tract infections.

    She is trained in cardiovascular (heart) screening and risk identification, hypertension (high blood pressure) and lipid (cholesterol) management.

    She provides Chronic Disease Programmes (CDM) for all patients in regards to Weight Management, Asthma, COPD, Heart Disease, Arrhythmia, Heart Failure, Diabetes and Stroke.

    In her free time, when not spending time with her 3 children and 2 dogs, she enjoys shooting hoops in basketball, gardening and hiking in the great outdoors.
