Contacting us - New Practice Policy

The quickest and best way to contact the surgery is online and using the practice App. Click here to register/log in.

This will allow you to:

1. Make an appointment

2. Request a repeat prescription

We appreciate that this is not possible for all patients.

You can continue to telephone the surgery if you need to, but please be patient as there is a high volume of calls coming through to the surgery.

Emailing the practice

Please do not send requests for appointments, telephone calls, or medical information through email unless specifically advised to do so by one of our doctors.

The email system is NOT regularly monitored, and we will not reply to emails received through this system.

The email system is an administrative system, and the doctors and nurses do not have direct access to the emails.
