Repeat Prescriptions
Patients requiring long-term repeat prescriptions are asked to visit their doctor for review regularly. Please do not order a repeat prescription if registered on the CDM programme. Your prescription will be issued at your six-monthly review as part of this programme. If you have more than 10 medications on your prescription you will need to make an appointment with your GP for a repeat prescription.
This practice now uses the Centric Portal for Repeat Prescriptions:
- Our new Repeat Prescriptions app lets you select your previous prescriptions and simply request prescriptions from your designated pharmacy.
- To do this, you will need to register/sign in to our Health Portal
Please note that all repeat prescription requests take up to 7 working days to process. There will be a charge for this service (GMS Patients exempt).
