- Eye infections or injuries
- Conditions that require in-person examination such as testicular or breast lumps
- Where a test is required such as bloods or ECG
- Requests for controlled medications like sleeping tablets, opiates or z-drugs
- Pregnancy related issues
- Mental health conditions
