Dr. Thomas Cross
Dr. Thomas Cross graduated from UCD School of Medicine in 2009 and completed the Midlands GP Training Scheme in 2015. A member of the Irish College of General Practitioners (M.I.C.G.P.), he is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that individuals and families across North County Dublin can trust. Living locally with his own family, Dr. Cross is passionate about supporting the health and well-being of the Swords and surrounding communities, helping patients feel cared for, listened to, and confident in their health.

Dr. Celine Shaw
Dr. Celine Shaw graduated from University College Dublin and completed her GP training on the RCSI GP Training Scheme in 2000. During her training, she worked in the Mater Hospital, Temple Street Children’s Hospital, and Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.
Dr. Shaw has a special interest in Women’s Health, including contraception and LARC (Long-Acting Reversible Contraception) such as Implanon insertion. She is also a qualified LARC Tutor.
In August 2025, Dr. Shaw joined The Plaza Clinic, Dublin, having previously worked with another Centric Health practice.

Nurse
Sarah Farrell
Nurse Sarah Farrell qualified as a Registered General Nurse in the United Kingdom in 2005, initially working in the Orthopaedic Theatre before returning home in 2006.
Nurse Sarah spent some time working in Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital in the area of anaesthetics and recovery. She then moved to the Mater Private Hospital, where she spent almost 10 years working in the Radiology Department.
From there, Sarah moved into General Practice working as a practice nurse in a Centric practice in Glasnevin.
Sarah has been happily working in The Plaza clinic since 2020, and in 2023, Sarah completed further training with RCSI to become a registered Nurse Prescriber.
Sarah is married and a mother of 3 children, and lives locally in the Swords area.

Nurse
Sally Beazley
Nurse Sally Beazley qualified from Tallaght University Hospital in 2000. She received her Diploma in Nursing Studies from Trinity College Dublin in 2000. Nurse Sally continued working in both general surgery and elective orthopaedics in Tallaght Hospital. She then travelled to Australia in 2001 and gained further experience in Trauma Orthopaedics, Vascular surgery and Cardiology. On returning to Ireland in 2002, Nurse Sally worked in both trauma, Orthopaedicsmaxillofaciall surgery and Plastics in St. James Hospital. Nurse Sally then worked in Orthopaedics in Tallaght Hospital from 2003-2008. Following this, she went to Beaumont Hospital, gaining further experience in orthopaedics and plastics. Nurse Sally then went on to work in the Sports Surgery Clinic for a further 7 years, gaining more experience in Orthopaedics, Maxillo-facial and sports injuries nursing. Nurse Sally commenced General Practice Nursing in September 2019 and joined Centric Health in 2025.
