HeartCare at Home project complete

After 3 years, the HeartCare at Home project has come to an end.

We would like to thank all the participants for their significant contribution to this research project. It has been invaluable to the future development of heart failure services in Ireland. We are currently analysing the study data and the initial results look very promising!

The findings from this study will be made publicly available later this year.
