I am a qualified Holistic Massage therapist and Life Coach specializing in Oncology massage, Deep tissue cupping massage, Hopi ear candling and Hot stone massage.

Wellness touch therapy Massage

Wellness Massage is a Touch Therapy that is ideal for anyone who is currently going through or recovering from stress or an illness including Cancer. Touch Therapy massage transports the client during the therapy into a feeling of tranquility and relaxation and gives them a sense of relief from their illness during the session.

Making changes to our lifestyle, attitude or outlook on life can be hard and stressful at any age, but with a Well-being Coach you have an ally. With professional guidance and support you will obtain the necessary skills required to succeed and reach your goals and dreams.

Medical card patients can avail of 3 treatments per year at a reduced rate of €45.
