Have you always felt like you’re underperforming your potential?
Many adults with ADHD spend years blaming themselves before realising there may be a reason things feel harder:
• Focus and follow-through
• Organisation and time management
• Workplace performance or academic pressure
• Relationships and emotional regulation
For many, ADHD is only identified later in life - often when challenges become harder to manage.
Why Get Assessed for ADHD as an Adult?
An ADHD assessment provides:
• Clear answers and understanding
• A diagnosis that explains long-standing challenges
• Practical strategies tailored to how you function
• Access to appropriate supports and treatment
With the right support, ADHD can be effectively managed.

• Meet you for an initial consutlation
• Advise about treatment options, including medication
What if I’m not diagnosed with ADHD?
Your psychologist will review the ADHD Assessment and diagnosis report with you (session 3).
If you are not diagnosed with ADHD, your psychologist will discuss alternative explanations and next steps with you.
